Whisky-Online Auctions is a family run business who have been dealing in whisky for over 25 years. We are World leaders in selling and auctioning Old, Rare & Obscure whisky as well as rare whisky Miniatures, Rum, Cognac & other Spirits. You can no longer sell whisky on eBay or Facebook so using our bespoke online auction platform is the best way to sell your whisky online. Our aim is to work together to get you the very best price for your whisky. Our auctioneers Wayne & Harrison Ormerod don’t over promise in their free valuations but work tirelessly to overperform on the final hammer price. Our team are on hand to assist at every stage of the auction, keeping you up to date throughout the process from initial valuation to final payment.

Free personal home collection
We offer free personal home collections for larger collections and high valued items. These are conducted by our directors and whisky specialists Wayne & Harrison Ormerod. Each month they travel up and down the UK. Enquire now.
Courier collection (UK only)
We’ve made booking in your collection as easy as possible. Simply call our office on 01253 620376 and a member of our team will organise all this for you. You will have to select a day when someone will be in all day to hand over your parcel. We will send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its status.
Overseas sellers
If you are not a UK based seller, you will have to prepare the shipping and source a courier at your end. Our customers generally use DHL, UPS.
Step 3: Acknowledgement
Once your item(s) have arrived, we will notify you by email or phone. Once our whisky specialists have checked and approved your item(s), we will proceed to photograph and list your item(s) on our website ready for the auction start.
Step 4: Your account
Once our auction goes live, you will be able to monitor your item(s) for sale directly from your account area.
Step 5: Payment
We will make payments as soon as possible by Bank Transfer, but no later than 14 working days after the auction closes.
Step 6: TrustPilot
We pride ourselves on our 5 Star Trustpilot reviews. Once you have received payment, you will be given the opportunity to leave us a review based on your own experience.

International bank transfer charge may apply
VAT is payable by the seller on all services provided by the auctioneer, not the hammer price.
